I’ve posted before about the ganglion cyst in my left wrist. Finally talked to the doctor about it. I need to go for x-rays to check for joint damage from arthritis. I am waiting on the call for my referral to a specialist to have to cyst removed.
It hurts. A lot. I’m pretty sure it presses on a nerve as when it gets really bad my whole hand, elbow, and shoulder hurt along with it. For the first time in a long time I am concerned about my health. I need to go back to work.
Here’s to hoping the x-ray turns out fine. I’ve been advised to wear a brace with a hard bottom until further notice.
The ganglion cyst in my wrist isn’t as big as it ever as been but it’s big enough. It’s causing pain that can radiate all the way up to my shoulder. The pain generally hangs out around my wrist and the two lower joints of my thumb. If I try to carry the baby without some sort of wrist support it radiates out to the elbow. I really need to talk to the doctor about it. We go tomorrow for my spouse, maybe I can get in too.
The cyst in my left wrist has reappeared, probably about 4-5 months ago? WAY smaller then it used to be. Photos for documentation. For the record, I think I was 14 the first time this showed up.
