My “Dis-ease”

July 17th, 2015
As of this date my diagnosis is as follows:
Psoriasis(mild), Psoriatic Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease. I have also been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder. My depression has been deemed “situational”, meaning it worsens and gets better along with my physical symptoms. When I am feeling up to it I will add an explanation of each condition. I am keeping the information below for histories sake.

As of this date (February 13th, 2011) the Doctors have decided they don’t what sort auto-immune disorder I have. But I’ll list the possibilities as well as the conditions I know for sure that I have.

AUTO-IMMUNE

RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS(PDF)

*had my first positive on the Rheumatoid Factor at 21, at that point it was sitting at a “high normal” which was 2, I wasn’t tested again for 6 years. A year ago my RF was 13, my latest test now says it’s “below 10”. The information below is from The Canadian Arthritis Society.

FIBROMYALGIA(PDF)

*Diagnosed April 2011

OTHER

IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME

*Diagnosed at 21 after exstensive testing for various Bowel Diseases

INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS

*Diagnosed at 22. Also told to have a “narrow urethra”. Have had three bladder distensions(and I don’t plan on having anymore!), as well as another procedure that I won’t give you details on…it was awful.

DEPRESSION

*Officially diagnosed in the summer of 2010, but it’s something I’ve been struggling with since I was 16

ANXIETY & PANIC ATTACKS

*Diagnosed officially in the summer of 2010, but have also struggled with it for many years.

RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME

*Diagnosed August/September 2011
